Windy City Dog Walkers COVID-19 safety protocols will be following the guidance of the CDC, state, and local governments and will be updated as needed to best protect our staff, customers, and their pets during this dynamic time.
Masks - Walkers will be wearing a mask at all times in your home or outside on walks.
Social Distancing - We will practice social distancing of at least 6ft and restrict any socializing with other people or dogs.
Sanitization - Walkers will be washing or sanitizing their hands before and after each visit. You are welcome to provide disinfectant wipes for us to wipe down any surfaces we have touched as we leave.
Minimizing contact - Our staff has been instructed to spend as little time in your home as necessary and touch as few items as possible. We will continue to check water bowls for health and safety but can forgo giving treats at the end of the walk by special request. If you will be home during visits we would be happy to discuss the best options for a no contact pickup and drop-off of your pup.
Please contact us with any other special instructions for your home or common areas in your building.
