Tony Schreck - Owner
Tony's favorite aspect of dog walking is the relationships created with each individual pet. He is passionate about the human-canine bond and helping each dog be their very best. Tony is a certified dog trainer and available to clients and walkers as a resource for pet care advice, dog training techniques, and behavioral questions. Helping to build confidence in shy dogs and finding homes for numerous rescue pups have been the most rewarding experiences in his pet care career to date.

Dominic W. - Office Manager
Dominic joined the team in 2013 as a walker in the West Loop neighborhood. Dominic's dedication propelled him to a role as manager in 2018 where he now helps clients with scheduling and assisting walkers and customers with dog behavioral questions. For Dominic the most rewarding experiences are working with rescue dogs and older pets with special needs. When not walking dogs you can find Dominic checking out the trendy Chicago food scene or enjoying anything outdoors!

Michael is a career dog walker and trainer who joined the team in 2019. Michael’s favorite thing about WCDW is interacting with a wide variety of people and their pets. He is very passionate about teaching obedience basics and loves the feeling he gets when helping clients improve their relationship with their dog. In his spare time Michael loves to stay active biking and long boarding throughout the city. He is also the proud pet parent of rescue dogs Delilah the Pit bull and Petunia the Chihuahua.

Lily has been working with animals of all shapes and sizes since 2014 and loves them all! She lives in Lakeview East and has a cat named Zola but also grew up with three rescue pugs. Lily helps with marketing and matching clients with a dog walker best suited for their needs. She has a passion for animal care and animal behavior, and enjoys learning what makes each and every pet unique to provide the best possible care.

Monica L. - Field Manager
Monica began her career at Windy City Dog Walkers in 2017 and quickly showed a knack for winning over the most shy and timid dogs. As field manager, Monica maintains relationships with and helps problem solve for clients and staff. She also helps develop other relationships and opportunities for the pet care industry. Monica is currently pursuing a certification as a dog trainer and learning new techniques and skills on the job and in her spare time. Monica's dedication and enthusiasm for walking and pet care bring joy to everyone and every dog she meets.
