We offer daily dog walks, cat care, and pet sitting with the highest level of customer service and personal attention in the industry. We are available 365 days a year, any time of day, and offer a variety of services to meet your pet care needs. You will be assigned the same dog walker every day and will meet your potential pet care professional at the initial interview. In case of sickness or emergency Windy City Dog Walkers has a daytime and night/weekend manager who will provide backup service. You will always have the opportunity to meet anyone coming into your home before service takes place. In the event that your dog walker must change, you will have a chance to interview your new walker before they begin service.
Windy City Dog Walkers Inc. is licensed in the state of Illinois to provide pet care service. We also hold a Chicago business license and are bonded and insured to protect the health and safety of your pet as well as the security of your home. All of our walkers are background checked and go through an intensive two week training program.
Windy City Dog Walkers provides personalized service and care for our canine clients and their owners. We walk dogs one at a time, never in a herd or pack, and focus
on your pet's individual needs and safety. Only dogs living in the same household will be walked together.
Our walkers reinforce general obedience principles such as "sit", "stay", "come", and "heel." All dogs in our care are required to sit and stay at crosswalks, but don't worry, we can teach the toughest personality with patience and praise!
You will be left a detailed note after each walk which
includes the date and time. Have a question, want to add or cancel a
walk? We are always here to take your calls or answer emails. Clients can log into the website 24 hrs a day to view walk and payment history, print statements and make payments. Checks, credit cards, and bank transfers via PayPal are accepted.
Windy City Dog Walkers use BioBags when picking up after your pooch. They are 100% biodegradable and compostable. Our walkers use bicycles or walk to appointments whenever possible to reduce gasoline consumption and your daily note is written on a reusable message board. Invoices and statements are provided through email unless requested otherwise. Any paper materials generated by the company are printed on recycled paper.
